Description
As a Recruitment Resourcer with Inspiring Me, you’ll be on the ground, helping expand our team by connecting with potential recruits in person. This role is ideal for someone outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with new people. You’ll be stationed outside colleges, universities, and sixth forms, engaging with young people about opportunities with Inspiring Me. This role offers flexible hours and straightforward daily targets, making it perfect for those looking to build experience in recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Stand outside designated locations to engage with potential candidates and introduce them to Inspiring Me‘s opportunities.
• Collect contact details and availability from interested candidates for follow-up.
• Achieve a daily target of 20 new recruits.
• Provide feedback to the recruitment team based on daily interactions and candidate interest.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Comfortable in face-to-face recruitment environments.
• Goal-driven with a positive attitude and a friendly approach.
• No previous experience required—enthusiasm and a willingness to engage are key!
